I am Annie Nguyen - Founder of Meraki Soul-Centered Healing, healer, nurse, teacher, and space-holder devoted to helping others return home to themselves.

 

Meraki Soul-Centered Healing was born from my own journey of healing, remembering, and reclaiming my truth. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken—but about gently restoring safety, self-trust, and connection to one’s authentic self.

 

I am a Registered Nurse with a deep respect for the nervous system, trauma-informed care, and the body’s innate wisdom. I bridge the worlds of science and spirit, offering grounded, intuitive, and deeply personalized healing experiences that honor autonomy, consent, and each soul’s unique path.

 

My practice weaves together Angelic Reiki (Levels 1–4), Metatron Methods, Soul Midwifery, Shamanic practices, Soul Retrieval, cord cutting and energetic clearing, sound healing, and hypnotherapy (certified through the International Hypnosis Federation). I also facilitate Past-Life Regressions, often integrating shamanic journeying, angelic support, and somatic awareness for profound healing and insight.

 

Each session is intentionally crafted—no two are ever the same. I work intuitively with angels, ancestors of the light, spirit guides, and Earth-based wisdom to support trauma release, grief healing, inner-child work, nervous system regulation, spiritual awakening, and soul-purpose alignment.

 

I specialize in holding space for those navigating:

    •    Trauma and abandonment wounds

    •    Anxiety, burnout, and life transitions

    •    Spiritual awakening and embodiment

    •    Reclaiming self-worth, voice, and personal power

 

Beyond one-on-one sessions, I teach Reiki trainings, facilitate sacred women’s circles, ceremonies, workshops, retreats, and offer Reiki-infused tools to support integration and daily ritual.

 

Above all, my work is rooted in unconditional love, safety, and truth. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and held—without judgment or pressure. My role is not to lead you outside of yourself, but to walk beside you as you remember who you’ve always been.
